"I wish to join the chorus of happy seller who sing Joey's praise. The main reason I chose Joey to sell my property was his calm, professional manner. "Joey is a great advisor. For my first bid on an 8-unit property in Berkeley, Joey told me the price and the conditions (contingencies) he felt would be necessary to get the property. He asked for the opportunity to walk through my duplex before our first meeting, to familiarize himself with the property.
